MORGAN & SHANE'S DADE CITY WEDDING
DADE CITY PIONEER MUSEUM, dade city, FL
Back in March, I had the honor of capturing Morgan and Shane's wedding day at the Dade City Pioneer Museum. The couple exchanged vows in an 1800s chapel with the bridal party of family friends on either side. The reception was held on the property's barn where both family dances did not leave a dry eye.
I am not originally from Florida so I didn't get to take field trips here so my first visit was with the couple. If you have never been, it's worth the drive. As you can see in the photos, the property has a museum, chapel, school house, general store, iron workers shed, train station, train, and house.
There were so many different spots on the property to take photos, I was so happy that I was able to capture everything both Morgan and Shane wanted. My favorite memory besides the family dances is when we were sitting at the train station and as Morgan and Sane were sitting on the bench, I told them to look out over the property as if they were looking for the train, and without missing a beat, Morgan put her hand up to block the sun and took a serious look for the train.
I am so happy they chose me to share this special day with.
